Terms & Conditions
Booking constitutes free agreement between the parties.
Reservations must be received via fax or e-mail and will be effective only after our confirmation, which will specify availability and procedures for the submission of the deposit.
Mode of payment:
- deposit: 25% of the total amount of the stay
- reservation costs € 20,00 (not refundable)
The deposit must be received by no later than 5 days from the date of the booking confirmation in the manner specified.
- Balance: Within 7 days before the beginning of the stay or upon arrival.
SUPPLEMENTS the cost of surcharges not included in the price of the stay, but will be charged as extra.
* Final cleaning: the cost of final cleaning is not included in the price of the stay and does not include the kitchen corner and kitchen utensils that must be returned clean at the start, penalty charge € 60,00 employment structures housing is limited to the number of beds indicated, whether adults, children or infants. Delays and EARLY DEPARTURES the entire booked period and confirmed will be fully counted and must be paid even in the case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure. Dates established with the reservation are mandatory, the apartments will be available to the client until 24.00 hours on the day of arrival.
Check-in: from 4 pm to 8 pm.
Arrivals after 8 pm: latecomers must inform us by agency locally and will be required to pay the following supplements according to the following timeslots: arrival after 8 pm to 10.30 pm € 50.00; from 10.30 pm until 12 pm € 77.00; after 12 pm € 129.00. Will not be expected customers arriving after 8 pm if not will inform on time our agency.
Check-out: from 8 am to 10 am
CANCELLATION of the RESERVATION
In case of cancellation, it will return the amount equal to 50% of the deposit, only if the relevant written
notice is received at least 60 days before date of arrival. Over that period no refund will be made. Check-In:
from 16:00 at 20:00 Check-Out: from 07: 00 08:00 10:00 stayings beginning starting at 16:00 on the day of
arrival and terminate at 10:00 on the day of departure. The housing units are delivered fully equipped with
all accessories and furnishings in each home. Differences, claims, damages or breakages must be promptly
reported to the Agency at the beginning of the stay. Will not be considered valid complaints received by the
next day at Check-In. Deposit: Euro 100.00 in cash or cheque payable to arrival; This amount is returned to
customer at the moment of departure, after a check of the apartment, any damage caused by the customer
will be retained from the deposit. For departures before 8 a.m. securities are returned by mail.
PROCEDURE CONTROL
Oout an inspection to verify that the unit is left in perfect order and without any kind of damage.
These conditions and procedures are an integral part of the contract and are explicitly accepted to sign the
booking form. The Agency will not in any way responsible for any damages assessed and communicated
prior to departure, such damages shall be the subject of discussion between the operator and owner. The
Agency reserves the right to charge upon written communication (fax, email, registered mail etc. ..) a debit
invoice within 30 days from the end of the stay equal to the amount of damage caused.
